Saying Goodbye
Pastor Ed & Lucy
On Sunday October 25th, Pastor Ed & Lucy greeted an hour long procession of cars, as masked members and friends, offered personal gratitude and words of celebration for the Milliken’s gift to us and life among us in the past 12 years. The caravan marked the first time we were together in community since mid-March, when Covid-19 required our church to close. The virtual celebration made us realize how much we miss each other, but also it gave us a chance to offer blessings and thanks for our church community and Pastor Ed’s leadership and support. We wish him a joyful and enriching retirement, and we pray for healing and restored community for Atonement.
