Before the Internet, TV or even movable type Christians told the stories of faith in stained glass windows and statuary. 

One remnant of those days is the Christmas crèche, or nativity.

Today there are 100s of different nativities you can buy.  The Fontanini Nativity pictured here is beautiful, but it tends to hide the simple beauty of a traditional crèche!
